Scope and working principle
ZGB type rotating scraper thin film evaporator is a new type of evaporator that uses a rotating scraper to force film formation and can perform falling film evaporation under vacuum conditions. It has a high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short overcurrent time, and high operational flexibility. It is particularly suitable for evaporation concentration, degassing and desolvation, and distillation purification of heat sensitive materials, high viscosity materials, and easily crystallized granular materials. Therefore, it has been widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemicals.

Performance and Features
This evaporator adopts a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is a new structure evaporator in foreign countries. It can form a thin film even at very low flow rates. The sediment in the treatment liquid attached to the inner wall surface of the evaporation section of the cylinder can be quickly removed by a movable scraper. Compared with a fixed gap scraper evaporator, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It has the following performance and characteristics:
1. The heat transfer coefficient value is high, the evaporation capacity is large, the evaporation intensity can reach 200kg/m2.hr, and the thermal sensitivity efficiency is high.
2. The shaking heating time is short, between about 5 seconds and 10 seconds, and it works under vacuum conditions, which is more advantageous for thermosensitive materials and ensures product quality.
3. Adapting to a wide range of viscosity changes, it can handle both high and low viscosity materials, and the material viscosity can reach up to 100000 centipoise (cp).
4. Changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove can adjust the maintenance time of the material in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the simplified evaporation section has been precision filed and polished, making the surface less prone to coking and scaling.
6. Easy to operate, easy to adjust product indicators, and capable of continuous production under closed conditions with self-control.
7. The evaporator has a small footprint, simple structure, easy maintenance, and easy cleaning.
